Where required Groupware will make application modifications to applications developed. This will incorporate the following:

• Enhancements;
• Conversions;
• Re-development.

In the event of a sizeable modification, Groupware will define the changes in consultation with the customer to define a viable solution.

A weekly report will be delivered to the customer outlining changes under development.
